Any of the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed or loaned to any other organizations other than related companies and those third parties directly related to the delivery of the products you have purchased from
We collect information such as your name and e-mail address and when you make a purchase , you will also be asked to provide us with your delivery address, telephone number and any additional information required for your order.  Credit card numbers are not stored in our systems in accordance with the highest standards. When purchasing from your financial details are passed through to a secure server using the latest secure technology provided by SSL secure shopping.  We do not share credit card information with third parties, except with our bank for the purpose of processing payments or as required by law.

Terms of Use Agreement

The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below.  Please read them carefully.  By using you agree to be bound by the terms of use outlined above and below and also to the provisions of our Privacy Policy. "Abigail of Gardenia" under the Maureen Patricia Bridal brand reserves the right at any time to change or add to this Website, including these terms of use.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Abigail of Gardenia reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.  Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.


Abigail of Gardenia, including our directors, partners, shareholders, employees and other third parties associated with running this Website is not liable to the maximum extent permitted by law to you or anyone else for any loss of income, profit, contracts, goodwill or financial loss or damage without limitation suffered as a result of negligence or otherwise arising in connection with use of this Website or the products sold on it.


There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. The prices showing on the website are in CAD and the actual exchange rate charged on your credit card are set by your bank or credit card provider.

If you need to cancel your order, you can only do so providing your gown has not begun production. Deposits are non-refundable. If it is within 72 hours and you need to talk about cancelling an order, please contact us right away.


The delivery times provided on this website are estimated, and you will receive a shipping date via email, after your purchase.

International Customs Charges

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Abigail of Gardenia does not have control over these charges and are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
 All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Abigail of Gardenia will not pay customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Abigail of Gardenia will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.  

Returns Policy

As each item is made especially for you, to your custom measurements and specifications, we are unable to offer returns.  All of our items undergo quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard.  In the unlikely circumstance of a manufacturing fault, items can be returned for a replacement or repair, in this case you must contact within 7 days of receipt of the item, and returned to us within 14 days if located in Canada and 21 days for overseas customers.   

Postage will be paid by Abigail of Gardenia in the event of a manufacturing fault, however for any alterations, freight cost will be on-charged to the customer.  Any dresses being returned must be returned in the original packaging.

In the event of a manufacturing fault, return postage will be paid by Abigail of Gardenia. However, in the event of a change of mind, then you will be liable for any additional postage and the purchase of the new gown.

If the size is at your fault, you will be responsible for return postage, resizing fees, and redelivery charges. Fees are determined on a case by case basis depending on the piece. Please ensure you are professionally measured, or measured via a video consultation with Maureen to ensure an accurate fit.


If for any reason there is a fault with your dress, we are happy to arrange a courier for the dress to be sent back to us for full assessment. If you choose to have your dress altered by a party other than Abigail of Gardenia you will be liable for this cost.

If upon receiving your gown you are not happy with the fit, we welcome you to contact us before making any alterations
