I take time creating each piece to ensure that you receive the highest quality garment, and that it will feel amazing for your special day. It is important that bridal garments be made to measure to avoid costly alterations, that is why we take the time to get your custom measurements, and create the garment just for you. Because of our made to order approach, the production schedule can fill up; if you have your eye on this item be sure to leave plenty of your time in advance of your wedding to order. Production timelines vary throughout the year, and customizations can add length to the timeline. The average timeline for gowns is 2-6 months. Some rush orders can be accommodated depending on our current production schedule.

CANADA

We send our shipments via Canada Post with ‘Tracking’. We don’t take any chances with our parcels, so we ship with ‘signature required’, and ‘hold for pickup’. This means that you will receive a notice in your mail box and your parcel will be safely kept for you at your nearest Canada Post until you go down there and sign for it; thus, you need not be concerned about being at home to receive the parcel, or have it stolen off your front step. If you know that you will be home, then you can request

that we ship it without the ‘hold for pickup’, but we will still send it with ‘signature required’, and, ‘do not safe drop’.

*Veils and small items ship ‘Expedited’ - 3-6 days to anywhere in Canada;

*Dresses ship ‘Express’ - 2-3 days anywhere in Canada.

*If you require overnight shipping we will ship via Purolator by request at an

additional cost.

CANADA

*Tax is Included.

*The Price that you see listed for our items includes GST.

USA

To our U.S. customers we ship via DHL Express on all orders over $225 USD.

*Orders under $225 USD will ship Express Post Signature Tracking and will

be fulfilled by USPS on behalf of Canada Post.

*All shipments ship “DDP” (Delivery Duties Paid), and Signature Required.

*The duties and tariffs are included in the price and we submit them to Customs on behalf of our clients.

Please attach your phone number, for it is required by “Customs” for all cross border shipments.

Shipping Times

DHL

*To Major centres the DHL ship time is 1-2 days.

*To rural addresses, it takes anywhere from 2-5 business days total.

*’Direct Signature’ is required, and the parcels are fully tracked.

*Your phone number is required for shipments to pass through Customs.

*On orders under $225 USD we ship USPS via Canada Post.

USPS Express Post

*Guaranteed 6-8 Business Days (usually arrives in 4-6 in our experience)

* Signature is required, items WILL NOT be left on door steps or in mail

boxes.

USA Clients - Duties and Tariffs

All our items ship ‘DDP’ (Deliver Duty Paid)

The duties and tariffs are included in the retail price that is paid at checkout

and we remit the costs thereof to the ‘Customs Authorities’ on behalf of our

clients so there are no hidden or unexpected charges upon delivery.

You will NOT be charged Duties or Tariffs when you receive your items from us.

UK Clients

To our UK customers we ship via DHL Express on all orders over £170.

Orders under £170 will ship Express Post Signature Tracking and will be

fulfilled by Royal Mail on behalf of Canada Post.

UK VAT

* A 20% VAT will be charged to our UK clients upon receipt of

their shipments. We, as a vendor, are not able to collect this and remit it on behalf of our clients.

* Please be aware that you will be responsible to pay the 20% VAT to either DHL or Royal Mail before you will receive your items. These carriers are authorized by British ‘Customs’ to remit the VAT.

* Canada and the UK have a free trade agreement (Canada-UK TCA). All of our items are ‘Made in Canada’ and qualify as ‘Duty Free’. You will not be charged a ‘Duty’. The only fee that you will incur is the 20% VAT.

* To calculate the total of what you will have to pay to the courier, simply multiply the total of your order by 0.2 (or 20%).

So if your order comes to £500, then you will have to pay £500 x 0.2 =£100.00 VAT.

Order Cancellation

We gladly accept free-of-charge cancellations within 48 hours of purchase.

After that, a 10% processing fee will apply.
